Debora Suparni: „This Master Program was very unique and fruitful. The students were not only equipped with interdisciplinary knowledge but also how to think interconnectedly – act professionally and convince through personality. The most powerful course that I learned was to study knowledge in practice not only in German but also in African as well as in Asian contexts. It helped me not only to know theories in managing diaconic work but also to observe and experience different approaches of how churches and diaconic institutions in different contexts responded to their social challenges. By studying international Diaconic Management, we were sharpened to think globally and act locally.“
