Profile of the Program

Efficient Diaconic Management needs integrative thinking of theological and economic dimensions. In collaboration with the United Evangelical Mission (UEM) an English version of the MA-curriculum has been developed and internationally organized. Relevant topics of Business Administration/ Economics, Theology and Ethics are taught in each paradigm and are interrelated. Conceptual basis is the New St. Gallen Managementmodel.

After successful studies students are rewarded the title Master of Arts (MA) in the accredited program.
